More and more smart factories use AGV trolleys as transit transportation vehicles to shuttle between production workshops and warehouses. Generally, the AGV car needs to communicate with the door of the workshop or the door of the warehouse door. Many people don’t understand how they communicate with each other. Now SEPPES explains the principle of AGV linkage communication to everyone. There are many ports integrated in the control system of SEPPES rapid roll door, such as automatic control interface, external device interface and so on. Among them, the external device terminal has the signal receiving/output terminal for opening and closing the door, which can be connected to the master control of the AGV vehicle to realize the linkage control between the rapid roll door and the vehicle.

Application for door opening signal: (passive signal) Before the AGV vehicle passes the rapid roll door, it sends out the door opening signal application, and the fast door receives the door opening signal from the AGV master control through the FWD port.

Door opening in-position signal: When the fast door is opened to the uppermost position (upper limit), a “Door door in-position” signal will be sent to the AGV master control, which will direct the vehicle to pass straight through.

Application for door closing signal: After the AGV vehicle passes through the fast door, it sends a door closing application to the master control, and the fast door receives it through the REV port and automatically closes the door.

Fault output/input: At the same time, the fast door of Xilang clean room can send a fault alarm signal to the AGV vehicle, and judge whether to continue to pass according to the situation.
